Booking Policies:

Please review our policies below before booking your appointment.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $75 for PMU services and $25 for all other brow services is due at time of booking. The deposit amount will go towards the final cost of your appointment.

    • Remainder of payment is due at completion of service. Payment methods include Card, Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

  • Tattoo Appointments require a Consultation. After the consultation I will approve the appointment request and a deposit will be collected and applied to the Design Fee.

    • Additional deposit and/or Cost estimate/hourly rate will be discussed at the consultation.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If made with less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 50% of the balance remaining for the service.

  • If a reschedule is made before the 48 hour period, you will be able to transfer your deposit to your rescheduled appointment time. If the appointment is rescheduled a second time, a new deposit will be required.

  • If you have previous PMU work, a consultation is required before booking.

    • At booking, you will be considered a new client and priced accordingly. There may be additional charges (not to exceed $150) based on previous work including but not limited to color and/or shape correction.

  • If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

    • Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

  • No Shows will result in a forfeit of the deposit, a 50% charge of the remaining balance, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Owner has the right to refuse service to any client that no call/no shows.
